Whom I’d Really Like To Meet

Anyone who feels the purpose of life is to experience the full range of human potential — not in Dorian Gray-like sense, but in a Nietzschean one. That is to say, not those indiscriminately living for experiences, but those living for the best experiences life affords, bounded by a capacity to rank experiences and to judge the ethical implications of our decisions.

Also, any and all musicians who know that technique consists of more than complex parts played quickly, who realize that precision and nuance are worth far more than speed or complexity.
