		<description>Thanks for the comment, Harry. The article you mentioned gives me some hope that Congress can show genuine concern for free speech, though it is somewhat disheartening that only one Democrat seems to be involved at present.

It&#039;s not clear to me how efficacious a U. S. law can be in defending the interests of Americans when their works are judged under foreign laws, but the mere attempt to defend our rights against their reductions by foreign governments is consoling.</description>
